Important Dates:
Online registration is mandatory and will be opened from 04 Jul 2019 to 18 Aug 2019. Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered e- mail by 20 Aug 2019. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.

1.) 1.6 Km Run .
Group I – Up till 5 Min 30 Sec - ( Mark 60)
Group II – 5 Min 31 Sec to 5 Min 45 Sec( Mark - 48)
2.) Beam (Pull Ups )
Minimum for Pass - 6 ( Pull Ups)
A) 10 beam complete – 40 Marks
(B) 09 Beam complete – 33 marks
(C) 08 Beam complete – 27 marks
(D) 07 Beam complete – 21 Marks
(E) 06 Beam complete – 16 Marks
3 ) 3.9 Feet Ditch ( Need To Qualify)
4.) Zig – Zag Balance Need To Qualify)
