 The Centre for Management Development (CMD) behalf of Suchitwa Mission Local Self Government Department in Kerala, Invites application from qualified candidates who are desirous of engagement under its Young Professional Programme on contract basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online Mode. The Online application starts on 11.03.2020 . Last Date of submitting online application is 25.03.2023. More Details given below. 

Details of Young Professional Programme.

Natrue of Engagement	On contract for three years
Qualification	B.Tech/MBA/MSW/MSc. Environment Science or Equivalent. Criteria: Applicants must have acquired basic qualifications not before January 2020. In the case of M. Tech graduates, the year of acquiring the MTech qualification shall not be before January 2020
Age Limit	32 years
Consolidated pay	20000
Location	Across Kerala. The selected candidates will be liable to be engaged at any of the Corporation or Municipalities across the state

Suchitwa Mission Young Professional Programme 2023 : Selection Process

The applications will be subjected to a scrutiny based on the details provided by the candidate, and a list of candidates eligible for written test will be prepared. A shortlist of the candidates who qualify the written test will be prepared, and those candidates will be shortlisted for further processes. The

engagement of candidates will be based on the combined score of further processes also (GD/Interview or both) subject to the fulfillment of other eligibility criteria, as per the norms of SUCHITWA MISSION/CMD

Suchitwa Mission Young Professional Programme 2023 : How to Apply

Interested candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria, may apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of Centre for Management Development (CMD),(www.kcmd.in)

Instructions for Scanning of Photograph & Signature:

• Scan the latest photograph of the candidate and upload the same in the space provided in the online application [scanned image shall be less than 200KB in *.JPG format only]

• Candidate shall make his/her signature on a white paper, scan the same and upload it in the space provided in the online application [scanned image shall be less than 50KB in *.JPG format only]

•  The candidate has to scan his full signature, since the signature is proof of identity, it must be genuine and in full: initials are not sufficient. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not permitted. The signature must be signed only by the candidate and may not by any other person.

• The candidate has to scan and upload all relevant documents for proof of age, caste, educational qualification and experience in the space provided in the online application [scanned image shall be less than 3 MB in *.JPG format only]
