- Senior Manager : Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 7 years continuously in Micro Finance Institution.
- Should have proficiency in operation of computer and have valid driving license for Two-Wheeler vehicle.
- Manager: Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 5 years continuously in Micro Finance Institution.
- Should have proficiency in operation of computer and have valid driving license for Two-Wheeler vehicle.
