Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (As on 01.08.2025):
- All Posts: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Junior Statistical Officer (JSO): Graduation with 60% in Math at 12th level or Statistics as a subject at degree level.
- Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Graduation with Statistics as a subject in all three years.
Age Limits (As on 01.08.2025):
- Varies from 18 to 32 years depending on the post.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories.

Exam Pattern
Tier-I (CBT)
- Subjects: General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension
- Total Marks: 200 (25 Questions from each section)
- Negative Marking: 0.50 per wrong answer
Tier-II (CBT)
- Paper-I: Compulsory for all posts
- Paper-II: Only for JSO and Statistical Investigator
- Includes Data Entry Speed Test and Computer Knowledge Test
Negative Marking: 1 mark for each wrong answer in Paper-I sections
Special Provisions
- PwBD candidates can avail of scribe assistance and compensatory time.
