- Nationality:Indian citizens or persons specified by the Government of India (e.g., Nepal/Bhutan citizens, PIOs from certain countries)
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):20 to 30 years (born between 02.07.1995 and 01.07.2005)
- Age relaxation for SC/ST (5 yrs), OBC (3 yrs), PwBD (10 yrs), and others as per rules

A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university

3. Personality Test (Non-qualifying, but mandatory)
