Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Basic Qualification
- SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) / Subordinate Personnel Co-operative Training Course.
Alternative Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following may also apply:
- B.Com with Co-operation as an elective subject.
- Degree from a recognized University along with Higher Diploma in Co-operation (HDC/HDC&BM).
- HDC/HDCM recognized by the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT).
- B.Sc. Co-operation & Banking from Kerala Agricultural University.
Age Limit
- As on 01 January 2026:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years

Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
1. OMR Written Examination
- 100 Objective Type Questions
- Total Marks: 100
2. Interview
- Maximum Marks: 20
- Candidates attending the interview will receive a minimum of 4 marks.
- Remaining marks will be awarded based on interview performance.
- A rank list will be prepared by the Cooperative Service Examination Board based on the written examination and interview marks.

Candidates must pay the prescribed examination fee along with 18% GST as applicable.
