Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Assistant Nurse position should meet the following requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualification.
- Valid MOH, DHA or SHA license as Assistant Nurse.
- Candidates with DataFlow completed or ongoing DataFlow are also eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, clinic or homecare setting.
- Age between 20 and 40 years.
- Minimum height requirement of 5 feet, with BMI calculation.
- Female candidates only.
- Good English communication skills.
Required Skills
Candidates should be skilled and experienced in providing homecare services, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Catheter care
- Bedsore prevention and treatment
- Enteral feeding through NGT or PEG
- Patient observation and monitoring
- Independent patient care
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Applicants should be comfortable working independently in a homecare environment.
- Working Hours
The position involves:
- 15 days × 24 hours = 360 hours per month
- Candidates will be eligible for overtime payment when their duty exceeds the prescribed 360 hours per month.
Salary and Benefits
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of: AED 3,500/-
Employment Visa & Contract
- The company will provide an employment visa and 24-month (2-year) employment contract.
- Accommodation
- Rent-free accommodation will be provided.
- Employees are required to pay utility expenses such as SEWA and internet charges.
- The estimated utility expense is approximately AED 100–150 per month, depending on usage and the number of occupants sharing the accommodation.
- Transportation
- Transportation will be provided by the company, including pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
- Medical Benefits
The package includes:
- In-house GP consultation free of charge during the first contract.
- Laboratory investigations and procurement/IV injection costs at cost price.
- Basic medical insurance provided free of charge.
