🎓 Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.08.2025)
Age Limit
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 30 years (32 years for some Specialist posts)
- Age relaxations:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD: +10–15 years (as per category)
- Confirmed LIC employees: +5 years
Educational Qualifications
- AAO (Generalist): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- AAO (Specialist):
- CA: Chartered Accountant with membership.
- CS: Qualified Company Secretary.
- Actuarial: Bachelor’s + 6 Actuarial papers passed.
- Insurance Specialist: Graduation + Fellowship in Insurance Institute of India + 5 years’ insurance experience.
- Legal: LLB with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 2 years’ experience.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech + 3 years’ relevant experience.
💰 Salary and Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹88,635 per month
- Gross Salary: ~₹1,26,000/month in ‘A’ Class cities

📖 Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Online Objective Test)

✔ Candidates must qualify in each stage. Final selection will be based on Mains + Interview marks.
✔ Shortlisted candidates will also undergo a Pre-recruitment Medical Examination.
⏳ Probation & Bond
- Probation Period: 1 year (extendable up to 2 years)
- Bond: Minimum service of 4 years. Candidates leaving early must pay ₹5 lakhs as liquidated damages.
