Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Assistant Nurse post should meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification
- GNM qualification mandatory
- Candidates with or without MOH/DHA License can apply
- Candidates with ongoing Dataflow process are also eligible
- Non-license holders must obtain MOH/DHA License after selection
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Hospital
- Clinic
- Homecare setting
Age Limit
- 20 to 40 years
Physical Requirements
- Height should be minimum 5 feet
- BMI calculation applicable
- Language Requirement
- Must be able to communicate well in English
Required Skills
Applicants should have experience or knowledge in:
- Tracheostomy care
- Catheter care
- Bedsore prevention and treatment
- Enteral feeding through NGT or PEG
- Observation and critical thinking skills
- Independent work in homecare environments
Working Hours
- Duty Schedule: 15 days × 24 hours
- Total Monthly Working Hours: 360 hours
- Overtime
- Additional overtime payment provided for duties exceeding 360 hours per month
Salary and Benefits
- Salary-AED 3,500 per month
- Employment Visa-2-year employment visa and contract provided by the company
