Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Food & Beverage Service Staff
Qualification:
- Plus Two (10+2) Pass
- One-year Food & Beverage Service Craft Certificate from Kerala Government Food Craft Institute OR
- One-year Diploma in Food & Beverage Service from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as Waiter, Butler, or Captain in a 2-star or above classified hotel.
2. Housekeeping Staff
- Qualification:
- SSLC or equivalent
- Craft Certificate in Hotel Accommodation Operations from Food Craft Institute OR
- One-year Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operations
Experience:
Minimum 6 months housekeeping experience in a 2-star or above hotel.
3. Cook
Qualification:
- SSLC or equivalent
- Food Production Craft Certificate Course OR
- One-year Diploma in Cookery/Food Production
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as Cook/Assistant Cook in a 2-star or above hotel.
4. Assistant Cook
Qualification:
- SSLC or equivalent
- Food Production Craft Certificate Course
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as Cook/Assistant Cook in a 2-star or above hotel.
5. Receptionist
- Qualification:
- Plus Two (10+2) Pass
- Front Office Operations Craft Certificate Course
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Assistant/Receptionist in a 2-star or above hotel.
6. Kitchen Mate
Qualification:
- SSLC or equivalent
- One-year Food Production Craft Certificate
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as Cook/Assistant Cook in a 2-star or above hotel.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
- Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on:
- Written Examination
- Skill Test
- Personal Interview

Salary
