Educational Qualification
Candidates should have:
- A 3-year Diploma or Degree from a recognised university.
- Knowledge of counselling is desirable.
Experience
Candidates should have either:
- 3 years of experience as a Warden in a Ladies Hostel, or
- 5 years of experience in the Indian Armed Forces / Central Armed Police Force (CAPF).
- Good command of English and Hindi is desirable.
The selected person will be responsible for the discipline and welfare of students, as well as maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the hostel and mess.
Salary
The monthly consolidated pay during the first year is ₹36,500. An annual increase will be applicable in subsequent years.
Age Limit
The maximum age is 58 years as on 1 October 2026. Applicants should have been born on or after 2 October 1968.
Selection Process
Selection will be through a Practical Test carrying 100 marks, conducted at CSL, Kochi. Depending on the number of applications, CSL may shortlist candidates based on their eligibility and submitted certificates.

- The application fee is ₹300 plus applicable bank charges. The fee is non-refundable.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
